Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to initiate a refund, please complete the Return Authorization Form and email it back to us.
1. Defective Items Under Warranty:
  • If you need to return an item that is defective while still under warranty, please contact the manufacturers directly.
2. Approval Process for Product Returns:
  • All requests for product returns must be approved by Eastfair Restaurant Equipment before proceeding.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must occur within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Non-stocking items specially ordered for a customer will be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
  • In both cases, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from us.
3. Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • This applies to both the initial shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
  • Even if an item originally had free shipping, you will still need to cover the return shipping costs.
4. Custom-Built Items:
  • Custom-built items are non-refundable.
