Warranty Information

1. Power Connection Requirements:

According to industry standards, all commercial appliances must be connected to a dedicated power source. Specifically, a 110V receptacle can only be connected to ONE commercial appliance, not two. Even if there are two outlets on a 110V receptacle, they are connected to only one breaker.

2. Plug and Voltage Specifications:

For appliances with a 110V 20-amp rating, DO NOT cut the plug and replace it with a 15-amp plug. Violating this guideline will void the warranty, and you will be charged for any service calls. Additionally, insurance companies will not cover any claims if a fire is caused by this modification.

3. Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers manufacturer defects only, NOT misuse. If any cleanable part of the machine is dirty (e.g., the screen of the compressor in a refrigerator or ice maker) or infested with cockroaches, the warranty may not cover the issue.
