This French-style carbon steel pan is highly responsive to temperature changes, quickly heating and cools down fast, ideal for when timing is critical. Made in SPAIN.
- Excellent heat conduction, heats rapidly, and cools quickly.
- Before First Use: Boil water in the pan, and wash it with water and detergent.
- Care & Maintenance: Hand wash only. Dry immediately and completely - do not leave to air dry. Rub a light coat of cooking oil on inside and outside of pan, cover with paper towel and store in a dry, non-humid, safe place..
