Q: The product says "Out of Stock" - What does this mean and can I get a raincheck?
A: If an item indicates the product is out of stock it means we are waiting on an ETA from the supplier and are not currently accepting orders for it at this time. Once an eta is provided it will be re-enabled for purchase. No raincheck will be issued.

Q:  Why is the search not returning anything?
A:  Try refreshing the page and entering your search term or use a different key word.

Q: Why will my username and password not work on the new site?

A:  You will need to choose, "reset password" to start shopping on our new site.

Q:  Why is my coupon code not working?

A:  We are doing our best to resolve incomplete coupon code offering.  Should run into an issue where your coupon code is not working, please contact us and we will refund you the coupon amount manually.

Warranty FAQs

Q: What is a carry-in warranty?

A: A carry-in warranty means that if a warranty issue arises, the customer will contact the manufacturer (via email or phone). However, the manufacturer will not send a technician on-site. Instead, the customer is responsible for bringing the equipment (usually small appliances) to the manufacturer’s service center for repairs.


QDo all manufacturers cover all service issues at no cost during the warranty period?

A: At Eastfair, we exclusively offer equipment from brands that provide technical support and service. However, it’s essential to recognize that in the food service industry, the warranty may be voided if the equipment was improperly installed or operated (refer to the topic: “Warranty Information”). Customers must carefully read and follow the instructions. For technical support contacts, please consult the list provided.
