If you wish to initiate a refund, please complete the Return Authorization Form and email it back to us.

- If you need to return an item that is defective while still under warranty, please contact the manufacturers directly.
- All requests for product returns must be approved by Eastfair Restaurant Equipment before proceeding.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must occur within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Non-stocking items specially ordered for a customer will be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
- In both cases, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- This applies to both the initial shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
- Even if an item originally had free shipping, you will still need to cover the return shipping costs.
- Custom-built items are non-refundable.
