The Iwatani Gas Cassette Burner is a convenient, lightweight, and high powered 12,000 BTU/H portable cooking stove top. Add interaction between guests at your next dinner party, or use them in restaurants to present sizzling foods.
The patented heat panel system draws heat from the center flame to the butane canister, and maintains constant BTU output pressure as the fuel is consumed. The flame is also protected from wind and air conditioning with stainless steel windbreakers set around the burner. Once you’re done, simply remove the stainless steel drip pan for an easy clean up. With a little imagination and a flair for presentation, the Iwatani Gas Cassette will become an indispensable tool in any kitchen.
